The best way to help Yemenis survive might not be what aid organizations think
By U.N. estimates, 24.3 million people in Yemen — 80 percent of the population — are at risk of disease and hunger. In parts of the country, more than 60 percent of the population struggles to secure food, after a conflict-fueled economic collapse has made it harder for Yemenis to afford food and other basic needs.
