Young Africa has a problem. Well, to be sure young Africa will face many challenges in the near future but curiously one of them seems to be under the radar — not a priority item for governments and institutions.

To hear the experts tell it, Africa will experience a population boom in the coming years and should be reaping what many economists have termed a demographic dividend. What will be happening on the other side of this is rapid urbanization?
