A British environmental activist, she carries the global campaign to change international law, initiated by the late Polly Higgins, before the 2019 Assembly of States Parties. Mehta defends that going the route of the ICC can be faster, cheaper and create more genuine enforcement and deterrence than going the road of corporate litigation.
