Launched at the June Group of Seven meeting, the Build Back Better World (B3W) plan aims to catalyze billions of dollars of infrastructure investment for low- and middle-income countries.
Introduced in 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative is a cornerstone of Chinese foreign policy, aimed at creating transcontinental networks of hard and soft infrastructure built largely by Chinese firms with Chinese financing.
